Through our partners’ prayers, voluntary services and donations, we operate a double-edged programme namely social Christian ministry and charity, which organizes conferences, community based seminars on youth decadence, crusades and revivals of His Church, outreaches, visitation to minors, orphanages, leprosaria, blind centres, hospitals, refugee camps, prisons yards, rehabilitation centres and therapeutic counselling for ex-convicts, psychopathic persons and ex-brothellers in the last one decade. The Commission seeks to touch and impact all categories of men and women who grapple with developmental challenges of life. This will be done through placement and/or distribution of resources, information/education/communication training and advocacies. We also consult and cooperate or collaborate with other non profit or non-governmental organizations to fulfil our mission. Nonetheless, we also support or consolidate governmental and global efforts to maintain peaceful co-existence of mankind through inter-faith based initiatives and perspectives.
Our Operational Philosophy
The UPPER-ROOM COMMISSION operates on the philosophy that the problems and challenges of humanity are mounting day in day out and calling for an urgent situation of help and intervention. So, we are touched with passion to see the message of abundant life impact and alleviate man’s developmental crises.
Times are changing and man is constantly and continually buffeted by civil unrests, wars, crime and its effects, famine, natural and nuclear disasters, desperate terrorism and epidemics. There must be a solution to this menace, and a single person, group and nation may not be able to proffer all the needed solution. Therefore, UPPER-ROOM COMMISSION deems it fit to rise tall and join allies with many other groups and organisations with burning passion to rescue our dear planet from agony. This becomes the utmost vision of the UPPER-ROOM COMMISSION to labour in order that peace will reign supreme in all the regions of religious war and civil unrest. To bring about restoration to broken hearted and fractured lives; healing, care and support for those caught in the web of epidemics and people facing the challenges of natural disasters. We are out to advocate justice where not found and uphold truth where found. These are the bases of the operations of The UPPER-ROOM COMMISSION.

The devastating result of crime and youthful decadence in our societies continually point to a bleak future which necessitates the need to pull resources together to accomplish the caring mandate of the Great Commission of the Lord Jesus Christ. Moreover we are driven by the urge to enhance equal opportunity for the less privileged.
Our Needs
While we know that money is not all it takes to be successful in this great multimillion monetary vision, we are convinced that there is much that could be done to tremendously achieve it with money than without it, so we ask those who care for the good and safety of their world, with great heart for a better community to sow a seed of love by supporting this Commission materially and financially.

We simply operate in partnership with faithful and committed men and women from all walks of life to touch lives and impact people. Our partners are strategically located in various nations, denominations and vocations, and yet keep a single, unique and credible passion to continue and complete the ministries of kindness started on earth by Christ.
Our Vision
This social Christian ministry is to see people who are oppressed relieved and cared for through rehabilitation, support and ministered to through our enhanced rehabilitation centre, orphanages and organised visitation to them where they are.

To reach the less privileged with the love of Christ vis-à-vis their need that acts stumbling blocks in their ways to making such individual or people a holistic personality so as to be useful for the service of God and humanity.

Our Programmes
The ministry shall organise periodical seminars addressing mainly issues affecting the underlisted people and to support them to achieve the ideals.
A. YOUTHS: To engage in catch them young(CTY) adolescents between the age of 10 and 16years
B. HIV/AIDS: To Support those that have been infected by the syndrome....
C. CHILDREN: To organise vacation school for the young ones between the age of six and ten years
D. HEALTH CARE: To care and cater for the uncared for community by delivering the lacked social amenities for them
E. THE AGED AND THE AGEING: To recruit volunteers to support the care @ the old people’s home both @ the institutions and the domiciliary level
F. OUTREACH: To organise Christian evangelism outreaches in order to disciple the unbelievers
G. CONFERENCES/SEMINARS: Conferences will be organised @ inter-denominational levels
H. COMMUNITY-BASED PROGRAMME: To seek and find the local community or ethnic minority that are less privileged both home and abroad so as to help them achieve better life here on earth.
